The deadline is quickly approaching! We thank you for considering joining the Bald Knob School District through School Choice. Parents must register their student before May 1, 2022. Parents will need to submit an application and proof of residence, such as a utility bill or mortgage statement, which bears the parent's name. Forms may be picked up at the administration office.
Today will mark the start of the 2-3A District Baseball & Softball Tournament being hosted by Riverview. The baseball team earned the 5 seed and will take on Clinton starting at 5:00 pm. The softball team earned the 2 seed and will take on Cave City starting at 6:00 pm. Games could start up to 30 minutes early. Go Bulldogs!
All Bald Knob Tee Ball games have been postponed till tomorrow at the same times.
Progress reports went home with students today unless they are in 8th grade. Due to the 8th grade field trip, those will go out on Monday. Have a great weekend!
Today’s baseball game has been moved to Mountain View, start time is 6:30 pm. The baseball team will travel to Riverview Friday night and start at 6:30 pm. Go Bulldogs!!!
In an effort to get students home safely before the next round of storms arrive, we will dismiss at 2:45 today. Any student that is unable to be picked up early will continue to have supervision until regular dismissal time. All K-5 riders will be picked up by the front office.
The Bald Knob School District is closely monitoring the weather situation for today. Please know that our number one priority is the safety of your children. We understand concerns regarding the weather and will excuse student absences if a parent or guardian opts to sign their child out early today. Those arrangements need to be made at this time. Should a tornado warning be issued and we have to move staff and students to the designated safe area, parents will not be allowed to check out students. Please know that buses could also be delayed this afternoon if storms are happening at the time when buses would normally leave campus. If this plan changes, we will update again here and through our call system.
Due to the concern for severe weather, all after school programs, including The Studio and the After School Feeding Program, have been cancelled for today.
We are closely monitoring the potential for severe weather today. Our schools are prepared. Stay alert for updates throughout the day as needed.
